Joann is an amazing agent and unlike other agents I have worked with she listens to her clients.
It took 3 flights from Ontario to BC with time running out for our deadline. Joann kept us calm with her professionalism, organizational skills and kindness. She went way above any other agent I used in my past to make sure we found a home that 

met our needs.
Our move from Ontario to BC was a huge undertaking for us. Our Ontario home was sold with a firm move out date and we had to find a home within 3 months. We thought 3 months should be plenty to fly to BC, find a home and prepare for the move. We also had 4 animals to move so a temporary rental was not an option if we ran out of time.

Joann gave great attention to my list of not-negotiable and my wish list for our new BC home. She set me up on her website to receive and view potential properties and together we chose several to view. To make the most of my flight out to BC, I chose about 3-5 house each day for 3 days over 3 visits (about 36 in total). She did an outstanding job at organizing the views in an order that was very efficient, as they were everywhere from White Rock, Langley to Maple Ridge.

On our first flight to BC we found a home that would work but unfortunately a deal could not be made. On my second flight Joann made it clear to all the houses we wanted to view of our closing date was firm and if they could not be out in time then there was no point viewing it. Each house agreed to the closing date verbally but when we made the offer on 2 different properties (close to asking $ and unconditional) the current owner decided they could not move in time (now about 2 months). I flew back to BC a third time now with only 45 days to us having to out of our previous home.

This was becoming very stressful but Joann was absolutely amazing, understood our stress and was a calming support for us. We did find a home and moved on time.

I cannot say enough about Joann, I would use her again with no hesitation and recommend her to everyone!
